All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Shipments use reliable carriers to ensure timely delivery.

3. Shipping Policy

  • Orders of $110 or more qualify for free shipping

  • Orders under $110 require a $10 shipping fee

    Shipping costs include transportation and packaging and are managed by Ammrglobaltrade.

4. Receiving Orders

Upon receipt, customers should check the packaging and product condition. If there is any damage or missing parts, please contact customer service immediately.

5. 14-Day No-Reason Return Policy

Customers may request a return and refund within 14 days of receiving the product if they are not satisfied. No reason is required, but products must meet return conditions. Please refer to our Return policy for details.

6. Return Conditions

Returned products must remain in original condition. Minor signs of use are allowed, but there should be no damage, contamination, or impact on resale. All original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be included.

7. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are covered by Ammrglobaltrade. Customers may use prepaid shipping labels or designated carriers to return items to ensure smooth processing.

8. Order Processing and Delivery Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 4–7 calendar days. During peak seasons or holidays, delivery may take slightly longer.

9. Refund Method and Timing

Refunds will be returned using the customer’s original payment method. Refunds are processed within 2 business days after receiving the returned item.

10. Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving the product. Exchanged items must meet return conditions: original condition, minor signs of use allowed, no damage or contamination. Please refer to our Exchange policy for details.
